Rational Human

If every human really clever,why they are smoke and gambling, or consuming drugs, or fallin love?
what's that a really rational behavior? and why yours boss who stupid than you have a lot of than properly???
A matter of fact,  an individuals behavior who the most not for contingence.
All people have economics logic foundation, calculate upon for cost and profit for future.
On top of that if we don't really realize that, we are really really rational human.
